Yeovil let James return to Forest
Yeovil have allowed on-loan striker Kevin James to return to Nottingham Forest before the end of his loan. Last week Marcus Stewart scored on his Yeovil debut after joining on loan from Bristol City, so boss Russell Slade decided James was no longer needed. \"I was delighted with his contribution during his month with us and I've been in contact with him to tell him that,\" Slade told the Western Daily Press. \"But I have signed Marcus and the shape of our team has changed recently.\"

Lindegaard recovery gathers pace
Yeovil defender Andy Lindegaard has returned to light training after being kept out of action since mid-August by a groin injury. The 25-year-old sustained the injury in the 80th minute of Yeovil's 2-1 defeat against Tranmere on 15 August. \"I have started straight-line running, working in the gym and doing lots of swimming,\" he told Yeovil's website. \"I was hoping I would be back in full training by the end of this week, but it is now looking like next week.\"

Yeovil 0-1 Nottm Forest
Grant Holt scored his fifth goal of the season to give leaders Nottingham Forest a last-gasp victory at Yeovil. Holt volleyed home Nicky Southall's 88th-minute corner to keep Forest three points ahead of second-placed Tranmere. Yeovil keeper Steve Mildenhall earlier pulled off stunning saves to deny Jack Lester and Holt as Forest pressed. Northampton v Yeovil
Northampton midfielder David Hunt is available after sitting out the season to date with a groin injury. But Sam Aiston (ankle), Fred Murray (heel) and Eoin Jess (groin) are all doubtful for the home match. Yeovil Town are still set to be without defender Andy Lindegaard (groin), although he is due to return to training next week. Mark Lynch will deputise at right-back while on-loan Bristol City striker Marcus Stewart will continue up front.

Northampton 1-1 Yeovil
Marcus Stewart denied Northampton a first home victory of the season and salvaged a point for Yeovil. Veteran Stewart met Ishmael Welsh's inviting cross on 68 minutes with a superb header into the top corner. And Paul Kerry went close to stealing all three points, but his shot was well saved Cobblers goalkeeper Mark Bunn. Slade is chasing another striker
Yeovil boss Russell Slade said he was chasing \"another finisher like Marcus Stewart\", after the striker found the net in the 1-1 draw at Northampton. Stewart is on a three-month loan from West Country rivals Bristol City. Slade told the Western Daily Press: \"We have found one (finisher) - now I will have to look in my crystal ball to see if I can come up with another. \"I have got a few irons in the fire and would like to bring another one in, but I won't be forced into it.\"

Huddersfield v Yeovil
Huddersfield could welcome back Andy Holdsworth after the midfielder missed two games with shingles. Jon Worthington (hernia) is still out, while Chris Brandon (ankle) and Adnan Ahmed (metatarsal) remain sidelined. Yeovil winger Ishmael Welsh is pushing for a recall after an impressive display as a substitute in midweek. And the visitors are still set to be without right-back Andy Lindegaard (groin) so Mark Lynch should retain his place in a settled back four unit.

Davies upbeat about Yeovil's form
Midfielder Arron Davies feels Yeovil are moving in the right direction but that they cannot afford to rest on their laurels. Davies told Somerset Sound: \"We created a lot of chances in our last match. \"There was a lot of talking but we need to tighten up in defence especially when we go into the lead. \"That is something that we have to work hard on and we we're willing to address the problem and the manager will make sure we work hard on it.\"

Yeovil v Brighton
Yeovil Town boss Russell Slade is not planning on making any changes to his side as they aim to make it three wins in a row against Brighton. But on-loan striker Marcus Stewart (ankle) is a slight doubt after he was substituted at the weekend. Brighton head to Yeovil without midfielder Paul Reid after he suffered a knee injury at Carlisle. Defender Adam El-Abd faces a late fitness check on an ankle knock while Guy Butters is struggling with illness.

Brentford v Yeovil
Brentford could play defender Adam Griffiths in a protective mask after he broke his nose against Millwall. On-loan midfielder Simon Cox has returned to Reading after fracturing a fibula. Kevin O'Connor (rib) and Thomas Pinault (ankle) remain doubtful. Yeovil have a doubt over Lee Morris (hamstring), with Wayne Gray in line to replace him, but Marcus Stewart is fit. Winger Kevin Cooper has arrived on a month's loan from Cardiff and goes straight into the squad.

Slade warns Glovers after defeat
Yeovil boss Russell Slade says his side must learn how to break down defensive opposition after the frustrating 1-0 home defeat against Cheltenham. \"You have got to give Cheltenham some credit,\" Slade said. \"They set their stall out to stop us playing and didn't offer much going forward until the last ten minutes. \"Teams are trying to do a job on us and are taking Yeovil a bit more seriously and are looking to combat what we have to offer.\"

Gray feels Glovers must improve
Yeovil striker Wayne Gray feels his side will have to raise their level of performance still further after reaching the top six in League One. The Glovers' four-match winning run was ended by Cheltenham's 1-0 win at Huish Park on Friday. \"Teams at the top get a lot of respect and some teams will set out their stall to get a point off us now,\" Gray told Sir Stanley. \"Teams will try harder against us so we'll have to try harder ourselves.\"

Blackpool v Yeovil
Blackpool manager Simon Grayson must change his strikeforce, with Scott Vernon set to partner Andy Morrell as Ben Burgess has an injured hamstring. That should be the only change from the 3-0 win over Brighton last weekend. Yeovil have suffered a double injury blow with defensive duo Andy Lindegaard (groin) and Scott Guyett (hamstring) both ruled out of the game. The Glovers now have no cover for first-choice centre-backs Terry Skiverton and Terrell Forbes.

Blackpool 1-1 Yeovil
Blackpool were denied a third successive league win when they were punished for one defensive error. Yeovil striker Marcus Stewart lost his markers and glided home a cross from substitute Lee Morris with his head. Blackpool seemed to have the game wrapped up despite Scott Vernon hitting a penalty wide late in the first half. Vernon made amends in the second half with his eighth goal of the season, coolly slotting in after Andy Morrell scooped a cross into the box.
