Begovic hints at Glovers return
Portsmouth goalkeeper Asmir Begovic has said he has not ruled out the prospect of a third spell with Yeovil Town. The Bosnian-born Canadian will make the final appearance of his loan spell with the Glovers against Oldham on Saturday. Begovic, who also spent time at Huish Park last season, made several saves to help Yeovil extend their unbeaten run to three games at Huddersfield. He told BBC Radio Bristol: "I have definitely enjoyed my time. If I can come back some time, I would." The goalkeeper has made 13 appearances for Yeovil this season on the back of playing two games for Russell Slade's side during his first spell on loan from Fratton Park last season.

Slade steps up striker search
Yeovil Town manager Russell Slade has said he will step up his efforts to bring a striker to the club on loan. Slade told Radio Bristol: "I am hoping I can bring a striker in this week to keep the momentum going. "We've got great competition at the back, good competition in midfield, We just need that little more competition in forward areas." The Glovers meet Stockport County in the first round of the FA Cup at Huish Park on Saturday.

Noel-Williams vows to make impact
On-loan Yeovil Town striker Gifton Noel-Williams is looking to make the most of his time with the club. The 28-year-old former Watford man, who signed a one-month deal from League One rivals Millwall earlier this week, believes he still has a lot to give. "At the moment I need games and Yeovil need a big striker," he told BBC Radio Bristol. "Hopefully it will work out good for me and for Yeovil. "I'm confident I can improve and show people I still have something to give." The striker will compete with Paul Warne and fellow loan signing Scott Rendell for a place in Yeovil's attack line up. "Whatever level I can play, if I can give 100%, it should be good enough without getting the goals," he added. "As long as I put a performance in and see what comes with that. "Hopefully with the lads doing well on the up at the moment, I can come in here and help them raise even higher, then we can climb up the table."
