Grays bid for Dixon is accepted Jonny Dixon looks set for a move to Grays Athletic in the January transfer window after Wycombe accepted a bid.
The 22-year-old striker turned down a £5,000 move to another Conference side Aldershot in the summer.
But he has fallen down the pecking order under new boss Paul Lambert, making just one start this campaign.
Grays chairman Mike Woodward told the Bucks Free Press: \"Wycombe have accepted our offer and it's a matter of sitting down and talking to him.\"

MK Dons v Wycombe MK Dons will be without striker John Hastings, who has a thigh strain, and defender Sean O'Hanlon is suspended.
Jamie Smith has picked up a knee injury and will definitely miss out, but on-loan Leeds defender Paul Butler is fit after being knocked out last week.
Wycombe are waiting on top scorer Jermaine Easter, who must prove his fitness after a shoulder injury.
Ian Stonebridge is on stand-by to partner Tommy Mooney up front if Easter fails to make it.

Charlton 0-1 Wycombe League Two side Wycombe Wanderers shocked Premiership strugglers Charlton by beating them at The Valley to reach the semi-finals of the Carling Cup.
Addicks keeper Scott Carson had already made two good saves before Wycombe took the lead, Jermaine Easter driving the ball home with a fierce 25-yard shot.
Charlton improved after the break but failed to create any clear-cut chances.
Amdy Faye's scuffed shot was the best effort from the home side and it is Wycombe who progress to the last-four.
Addicks boss Les Reed has now won only one of his seven games in charge since he succeeded Iain Dowie last month and his job is already under threat.
He was frequently booed here but, judging from the frequent chants from Charlton supporters of 'you're not fit to wear the shirt', most of the fans' ire is currently directed at the players.
Fifty-three places may separate the two sides in the League but you would not have guessed who were the top-flight team early on.
Wycombe had already won at one Premiership ground in this competition this season - when they overcame Fulham in the second round - and they were full of confidence from the off.
Carson, back in goal for Charlton after missing Saturday's home defeat by Liverpool because of the terms of his loan from the Anfield outfit, was pushed into action early on.
First Stefan Oakes tested him with a stinging free-kick, and he had to push away two Easter drives in quick succession.
Still Wycombe came forward and it was Welsh under-21 striker Easter who put them ahead before half-time to maintain his record having scored in every round of his side's Carling Cup run.
Carson was left exposed again and this time he was helpless as Easter latched on to a loose ball 25 yards out and smashed home a fierce low drive.
Charlton did up the ante after the break with the visitors visibly tiring.
Reed's side were suddenly winning the midfield battles they had surrended earlier - but, for all their possession, clear-cut chances were still few and far between for the home side.
Faye shot wide from Darren Bent's cutback but that was the closest Reed's men came to a leveller.
The pressure increased when Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink was thrown on as a third striker but Wycombe battled on and they survived to claim a famous victory.

Lee Peacock headed in the second from a pin-point Michael Timlin free-kick after Jutkiewicz was fouled.

Wycombe to move for Mansfield duo Carling Cup semi-finalists Wycombe are set to launch a bid for Mansfield duo Giles Coke and Alex Baptiste.
The move could set off a transfer scramble as Coke, 20, is also a target for Northampton and was the subject of a previous £50,000 bid from Wolves.
Defender Baptiste, 20, and midfielder Coke are both out of contract at the end of the season.
Baptiste has also been eyed by Norwich and Nottingham Forest for a move in the January transfer window.
Wycombe will face Chelsea in the last four of the Carling Cup next month.

Wycombe v Hereford Wycombe welcome back Will Antwi who missed Saturday's narrow defeat by Lincoln because of a one-match ban.
Chris Palmer made his first start in two months at left-back against Lincoln and should keep his place with Sam Stockley still sidelined.
Andy Williams is set to return to the Hereford starting XI for the difficult trip to Wycombe after missing the last three games because of illness.
Otherwise, the in-form Bulls are likely to name an unchanged line-up.

Lambert offers Chairboys comfort Wycombe boss Paul Lambert attempted to pick up his players after a home defeat to Bristol Rovers put a dent in the Chairboys' play-off hopes.
Lambert told Wycombe's website: "It's important that the place doesn't get on a downer, not after what they've given this season.
"There was plenty of endeavour and effort but it's just not running for us at the moment.
"We have to hang in there and start winning football matches again."

Wycombe's Doherty out for season Wycombe midfielder Tommy Doherty is likely to miss the rest of the season after damaging knee ligaments during Saturday's 1-0 loss against Hartlepool.
The 28-year-old, who is on loan from QPR, left Adams Park on crutches after being forced off following a collision with team-mate Lewis Christon.
Wycombe manager Paul Lambert said: "I think Tommy is finished for the season.
"It's a big loss for us because he's an important player and a massive part of our midfield."

Chelsea teenager back from loan Chelsea defender Adrian Pettigrew has had his loan spell at Wycombe ended early by mutual consent.
The 19-year-old joined the League Two side in March until the end of the season but has failed to break into the first-team at Adams Park.
"Adrian was unlucky because his arrival coincided with the good form of Leon Crooks and Lewis Christon," assistant boss Steve Brown told Wycombe's website "It's in the interest of all parties that he goes back to Chelsea."

Easter unsuccessful in FA appeal Wycombe have lost their appeal against the red card shown to Jermaine Easter against Milton Keynes Dons on Saturday.
The striker was dismissed for violent conduct after it was adjudged that he had elbowed defender Dean Lewington.
But his claim for wrongful dismissal was rejected by the Football Association's disciplinary commission.
Easter must now serve a three-match ban, ruling him out of their final game against Barnet on Saturday - and the first two games of next season.

Shearer agrees to Wycombe switch Bristol Rovers keeper Scott Shearer has agreed terms to join Wycombe.
The 26-year-old Scottish stopper began his career with Albion Rovers and then moved to Coventry in 2003 before joining Bristol Rovers in 2005.
Shearer has fallen down the pecking order at Rovers and had been on loan since October at Shrewsbury.
Wycombe boss Paul Lambert told the club website: "I've been looking at Scott for a long time. I think we've landed a very good keeper."
Lambert added: "When I was a player at Celtic he came to us on trial and all the lads were impressed with his ability."

Mooney completes Walsall switch Walsall have completed the signing of former Wycombe striker Tommy Mooney.
The 35-year-old left the Chairboys earlier this month after rejecting their offer of a new contract.
Boss Richard Money told Walsall's website: "We have brought in a player with fantastic hunger and ambition who is as fit as he's ever been."
The veteran forward scored 29 goals in 87 league appearances during his two seasons with the Chairboys, after joining from Oxford in June 2005.
In total, Mooney has scored 174 goals in 603 league games for 10 clubs.

No offers for Wycombe's Easters Wycombe say they have received a number of enquiries about Jermaine Easter but insist they have received no firm bids for their striker.
Easter has been linked with moves to Swindon and MK Dons before the transfer window closes at the end of the month.
Wycombe managing director Steve Hayes told the club's website: "We have not had a single offer for Jermaine.
"It's true a number of clubs have phoned me about him, but that's as far as it has gone."
Hayes added: "We would have to listen if a genuine offer came in because every player has his price, but we certainly don't want to lose him as he's a vital part of our promotion plans for the season."

Lambert hails 'dominant' Wycombe Wycombe boss Paul Lambert felt his side "dominated the game from start to finish" as they beat Bury 1-0.
"I thought we really deserved it - we could have had three or four goals in the end," Lambert affirmed.
"Bury might think they could have had a penalty, but in my opinion we could have had one or two, so it evens itself out. I think the referee did well."
"It's going to be a long, hard season but I think we have a great squad, which will make a real difference."
