Werder Bremen v Chelsea
Chelsea central defender Ricardo Carvalho is a doubt with an ankle injury after being taken off with the injury against West Ham on Saturday.
Midfielder Michael Ballack was left out of the sqaud for that game but will return for the match at Werder Bremen in his native Germany.
Fellow midfielder Mikel John Obi is also expected to be in Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho's squad.
Bremen are three points behind Chelsea in their group.
