Waddock out to surprise
Rangers endured a difficult end to last term, and are working under restrictive financial conditions, but Waddock is confident his team can overcome those problems.
He said: \"We will have a good go at it - and we might surprise one or two people.
\"But it will be a stronger division than last year. There are some big clubs in the league, and the teams coming down from the Premiership have the money to back themselves up.
\"We know it will be tough, but hopefully we will be up there.\"
