Waddock denies contract offer
QPR caretaker boss Gary Waddock has dismissed reports that he has already agreed a two-year contract to take over as manager on a permanent basis.
The former Republic of Ireland midfielder was recently placed in charge after Ian Holloway was put on "gardening leave" by the Loftus Road board.
Waddock explained: "I'm the caretaker manager and I'm just doing it on a game-to-game basis. Ian Holloway remains the manager of this football club. If the opportunity comes to me and I am offered the job, I am certainly not going to turn it down."
