VIALLI TIPPED FOR HOOPS HOTSEAT
Gianluca Vialli is the 9/2 favourite with Paddy Power to be the next manager of Queens Park Rangers.
With QPR having dispensed with the services of Iain Dowie a whole host of out-of-work managers can be expected to throw their hat into the ring for a club whose owners are amongst the richest men in the world.
Vialli is followed in the betting by Roberto Mancini and Sam Allardyce at 6/1 with the in-demand Darren Ferguson at 8/1. Former QPR stalwarts Ray Wilkins, Terry Venables and Gerry Francis are 14/1, 18/1 and 20/1 respectively.
Darren Haines, spokesman for Paddy Power, said: "With the Italian owners in mind, Gianluca Vialli looks to be the stand-out name for a return to management in West London.
