THE STATS DON'T LIE!
The Actim Index - the Official Player Ratings of the Coca-Cola Championship - has revealed that Lee Cook is QPR's 2006/07 Actim Player of the Season.
Actim stats reveal that Cook, who finished 52nd in the final Index, has contributed with three goals, 29 shots, made 419 passes, 66 dribbles, won 54 tackles, made 21 interceptions, 96 crosses and 13 assists in 35 appearances and 3,506 minutes of Championship football.
Other R's players who have ranked highly in the Actim Index during the 2006/07 season are Dexter Blackstock (58th), Damion Stewart (67th), Martin Rowlands (210th) and Marcus Bignot (212th).
The Actim Index is calculated using a unique mathematical formula that rates each player's contribution be it goals, shots, passes, dribbles, tackles, crosses, saves, clearances, blocks, interceptions, time on the pitch or number of points gained by the team with marks deducted for red and yellow cards.
Two additional calculations, which take account of player assists and goalkeeper's clean sheets, have been added for the new season to increase the amount of variables a player is now measured by.
Analysis of all Championship games has taken place throughout the league campaign and the top five Queens Park Rangers' players in the Actim Index this season are:

Actim Stats also revealed that after 46 Championship games this season the following players are Queens Park Rangers' highest achievers in six areas of play: completed passes, completed crosses, dribbles, tackles won, blocks made and most assists.
