Queens Park Rangers legend Stan Bowles is confident Iain Dowie's R's can achieve promotion from the Championship this season.

The 59-year-old made over 300 appearances for the Loftus Road outfit during the 1970's, scoring 96 goals.
Speaking at a Sportman's Dinner at Stevenage Borough Football Club, he said: "Rangers have got a good chance this season.
"They've made a decent enough start and there's one or two coming back to fitness which is obviously a good thing."
He added: "It's a tight division and anyone can beat anyone on their day, but I'd like to think the R's will be up there competing at the end of the season."
