Target stalls on the future
QPR target Karl Henry is waiting to see what the future holds at Stoke before deciding where his future lies.
The Hoops are keen on landing the talented midfielder who is due to fall out of contract in the summer and will be able to leave on the cheap. Stoke are waiting to appoint a new manager and Henry is waiting to find out if he figures in his plans before deciding what to do next.
"If the new manager says he doesn't want me, then obviously my mind is made up," Henry revealed. "I'd like to stay, but I also need to be playing games at this stage of my career.
"The whole situation is really out of my hands, though, because the club is entitled to compensation if they let me go. There has been a bit of interest from other clubs, but the compensation could be a stumbling block."
