Sterling happy with Rangers
QPR starlet Raheem Sterling insists he is happy to stay with the club despite incessant speculation over his future.
The 14-year-old, who cannot sign a professional deal until December 2010, has been linked with the likes of Manchester City and Manchester United since making his debut for England under-16s and Rangers' reserves a fortnight ago.
But Sterling told the Kilburn Times that his focus at the moment is on playing for QPR and then "he will go from there."
"Everyone's been pretty nice - they all just treat me like one of them and want me to do my best," he said.
"I'd like to play a few more games for the reserves and do well in training and play for the first team eventually.
"Jim Magilton has watched me play and train and he said 'keep doing what you're doing - I'm not afraid to chuck young players in the first team'. If it happened, I'd just have to be a bit smarter than normal."
