Star keen to stay
Midfielder Jimmy Smith has revealed he is happy to extend his loan stay at Loftus Road if Chelsea give him the go-ahead.
Rangers boss John Gregory admitted recently that he will be attempting to keep the on-loan youngster until the end of the season although any extended deal is yet to be confirmed.
Gregory extended Smith's loan for a further two months earlier in November but is already looking to try and keep the England Under-19 international at the club until May.
It is thought that Jose Mourinho will give Smith the go ahead to stay with the R's, while the player himself has admitted to being happy at Loftus Road.
The 19-year-old revealed: \"If both managers wanted to extend my loan, it would help my development.\"
