Star eyes promotion
Marc Bircham has hailed the impact John Gregory has made since arriving and is now targeting a place in the play-offs.
The R's looked set for relegation when Gregory arrived as they sat bottom of the Championship, but following five wins and three draws during his 10 games in charge they are now looking for promotion.
Rangers are just five points from a play-off spot and Bircham says everyone is buzzing.
\"John Gregory has done brilliantly. We are playing well and we are getting results,\" Bircham revealed. \"Everyone is upbeat, and it is a new chapter for the club. We needed to change things, because we were bottom of the table.
\"Things were not going well, but the manager has brought something and it has worked.\"
