Stafford sign two as one leaves
Stafford Rangers have signed defenders Ryan Lynch, from Crewe, and Damian Jarrett but left-back Fred Murray has left to join Stevenage Borough.
Left-back Lynch, 21, who only joined Crewe from Coventry in the summer, has joined Stafford on a one-month loan.
Former Hednesford and Tamworth player Jarrett, 21, has joined Rangers on a free transfer.
Murray could face his former club as Stafford take on Stevenage in the Conference on Saturday.
Stafford takeover falls through
The proposed takeover of Blue Square North club Stafford Rangers has fallen through, Radio Stoke reports.
Every shareholder in the club received a letter from a mystery consortium earlier this month offering to buy shares for 50 pence each.
However it is now understood that the consortium have ended their interest in buying the club.
In December, the Boro announced they were taking measures designed to stave off administration.
