Chris Blackburn struck Jim Bentley's knock-down from the centre of the penalty area into the net to equalise.
Three minutes later Adam Yates charged down the right wing before firing home the winner from the edge of the box.

Northwich v Southport
Northwich are likely to be without a number of key players.
Gareth Griffiths, Steve Payne and Chris Williams were sidelined for the weekend, and the extra day is unlikely to have altered their availability.
Southport will be without Dino Maamria who is suspended after picking up five yellow cards.
He could be replaced by Tony Gray in the starting line-up, while James Olsen could make the team after recovering from a bruised foot.
Cook ends reign as Southport boss
Manager Paul Cook has parted company with Conference club Southport.
Cook leaves the bottom-of-the-table side by mutual consent aftr a run of three straight defeats over Christmas.
The former Burnley and Wolves midfielder, 39, was appointed last summer after leaving Accrington Stanley to take his first job in management.
Southport took on full-time status at the same time and after being forced to build a squad from scratch, Cook led lead his side to just four league wins.
Southport name Davenport as boss
Southport have named former Manchester United and Nottingham Forest striker Peter Davenport as their new manager.
Davenport, who had a spell with Port 10 years ago, leaves his job as manager of UniBond League side Colwyn Bay.
"He knows the club and he is looking to come in and strengthen the squad with immediate effect," chief executive Hayden Preece told BBC Sport.
"We are looking for Peter to take us out of this situation and project the club forward."
Preece is hoping Davenport can have a similar effect at Haig Avenue as he did with Sammy McIlroy at Macclesfield.
He played and coached under McIlroy at Moss Rose as they rose from the Conference to League One.
The 45-year-old, who was capped once by England, also had a brief spell in charge at Macclesfield in 2000, before managing Bangor City in the League of Wales.
Davenport returns to Southport as the successor to Paul Cook, who was sacked at the start of the month with Port struggling in the Conference relegation zone.
Southport boss seeks late escape
Boss Peter Davenport hopes Southport have not left their escape bid too late as they look to stay in the Conference.
Port's 3-1 win over Burton on Monday was their third straight win but still leaves them four points off possible safety with just three games left.
He told his club's website: "We've still got a long way to go. The lads are running through brick walls for us.
"I just wish we'd done it six weeks ago. But we're still fighting and hope to take it to the wire."
Southport keep full-time status
Southport are to remain as a full-time team, despite their relegation from the Conference top flight.
Peter Davenport will continue on as manager with the brief to assemble a side capable of winning promotion from Conference North.
Port chairman Charlie Clapham said: "The club will operate on an affordable budget which the manager is fully supportive of."
"We believe our supporters will see our actions as being very positive."
