Smith delighted with derby display
QPR's on-loan midfielder Jimmy Smith has described his two-goal showing against Crystal Palace as \"the perfect day\".
The 19-year-old Chelsea man was instrumental in the 4-2 derby win, during which he grabbed his third and fourth Rangers goals.
\"It was certainly a great game to be involved in, a real London derby and to have scored twice just helped make the perfect day,\" he told the club's official website.
Smith was also pleased that his performance earned him a place in the Championship team of the week.
\"It's great to be recognised in this way and I look forward to hopefully being included again,\" he said.
