Shimmin scores on Rangers return
Dominic Shimmin marked his return to action for QPR with a goal in the reserves' 3-1 win over Bournemouth.
The young defender, who has missed much of the campaign with injury problems, played for 62 minutes for the second string, scoring the first goal after 30 minutes.
Former Arsenal trainee Shimmin was signed by former Rangers manager Ian Holloway in March 2005.
But injuries have restricted the 19-year-old to only three first-team appearances, with his last one coming against Leicester in September 2005.
