Shimmin in Cherries switch
Bournemouth have bolstered their defensive options with the loan signing of QPR's Dominic Shimmin.
The 20-year-old central defender has joined the Cherries until January 1 having failed to make an appearance for the R's first team this season.
Meanwhile, manager Kevin Bond has urged supporters to be patient as the Cherries look to secure their first home win of the season against Oldham on Saturday.
"I totally understand the frustration, but the way they vent that frustration doesn't always help," he told the club's official website.
It's our own doing, but we need to be in a situation where we're comfortable playing at home.
"How they react to me and what they want or don't want from me, I'm not overly concerned about.
"But when you're at home we need the fans to stick with us when we're going through our most difficult times."
