R's boosted by duo's fitness
Hoops are set to be boosted by the return of Lee Cook and Peter Ramage for Saturday's visit of Derby County to Loftus Road.
Former Newcastle full-back, Ramage, missed the 1-0 Carling Cup win at Aston Villa after picking up a knee injury during the latter stages of the last Saturday's 1-0 defeat by Coventry at the Ricoh Arena. However he has overcome the problem and is fully expected to line up against Paul Jewell's side.
Winger Cook was rested for Wednesday's win at Villa Park as a precaution due to a slight hip injury, but he should also be ready to face the Rams.
R's boss Iain Dowie's only injury absentee will be broken leg victim Rowan Vine as centre-half Fitz Hall showed no reaction to his groin problems.
There is also a dilemma in attack as Dowie must decide whether to reinstate top-scorer Dexter Blackstock to the starting line-up after dropping him to the bench against Villa.
