ROYCE FOCUSED ON SHITTU
QPR goalkeeper Simon Royce has taken it upon himself to prevent defender Dan Shittu losing his focus.
Shittu, 25, is arguably Rangers' best player but his performances are occasionally marred by lapses in concentration.
Royce said: "Dan is a massive presence for us - but there are times when he switches off a little bit.
"I see it as my job to keep communicating with him during those moments and to talk him back into the game.
"Communication is the biggest part of a goalkeeper's job - and it's the area I've worked on more than any other over the years."
