Rodney March To Auction His 1966/7 League Cup Winners Medal
Rodney Marsh will be auctioning his QPR 1966/1967 League Cup winners medal. QPR beat WBA 3-2, after going behind 2-0 by half time.
50% of the proceeds will go to an as yet, unnamed children's charity.
Rodney Marsh decided to sell his 1966 League Cup winners medal, after hearing A George Best Shirt Sold For £24,000, a Bobby Moore shirt sold for £3,600 and Chopper Harris's FA Cup winners medal sold for £13,200 at Christie's football memorabilia auction in London.
Rodney Marsh currently works for Talksport Radio alongside Adrian Durham, which is where Rodney first announced he will be selling his QPR 1966 League Cup winners medal.
