Ricketts ready to give his all
QPR loan signing Rohan Ricketts believes he needs "a few hard training sessions" to hit his peak form for the Championship club.

The former Tottenham midfielder is on loan with Rangers from Wolves until the end of the season, but is confident he can slot into the groove quickly.
Ricketts said: "After a few games and a few hard training sessions, I will be fine.
"I will work hard, get my head down and show the manager what I can bring to the team.
"After that, it is up to him. If he picks me, I will not have any arguments."
