RAY JONES KILLED HIS FRIENDS....NOT A HERO AT ALL
A football star would be facing death by dangerous driving charges had he not been killed in a triple-death crash, an inquest heard. Promising QPR striker Ray Jones, 19, sped over a pedestrian crossing on the wrong side and hit a double-decker bus head-on. The player - said to have had the "world at his feet" - died with two passengers, Jess Basilua and Idris Olasupo, both 17, in East London, 23 days after passing his test. Coroner Dr Elizabeth Stearns said his driving that night in East Ham fell "far below" expected standards. She recorded a verdict of accidental death on Jones at the Walthamstow inquest but ruled the passengers were unlawfully killed. Got to say that I didn't realise Ray jones killed his friends by driving on the wrong side of the road and hitting a bus..wonder what we have thought if he killed a member of our own family? QPR or whatever...do we celebate someone who killed people in this way or do we push this aside and make poor lame excuses to defend his actions?? Im sure that this will get reaction...well tell me did YOU lose a family member due to this action?? Do real QPR supporters support Rays action?? and do you support his dangerous driving???for me Im disapointed and I would rather think he wasn't a killer but hey Im not the coroner...Dr Elizabeth Stearns has told us the truth and thanks for that.

there was a very heated debate on my site about this issue and i must admit i go with the coroner on this one.qpr player or not he did wrong and payed the ultimate price.if he had killed only himself then fair enough but two other young lives were extinguished because of his actions.i lost a very dear friend 2 years ago because of a reckless driver so i know how painful it can be.ome people have to remove the rose tinted glasses and look at the cold hard facts its as simple as that.

Absolutely fair play to you Ade, we cant dismiss the facts and as you say QPR or not it was a selfish action, I would never want to tarnish our club at all but what ever the truth is should be respected. Enough said from me on this matter.
