RANGERS INVESTIGATE BRAWL
QPR are to hold an investigation after Wednesday's match against the Chinese Olympic team was abandoned due to a mass brawl.
Referee Dermot Gallagher called a halt to the game during the second half and police were called following the incident, which saw China's Zheng Tao knocked unconscious and taken to Hillingdon Hospital with a suspected broken jaw.
Rangers chairman Gianni Paladini told SSB: "We will conduct our own internal investigation into this matter.
"If any of our players are guilty of any wrongdoing then they will be dealt with accordingly.
"At this point in time, however, I really can't say any more than that. We are looking into what happened."
