RANGERS DENY NEILL REPORTS
QPR have denied that Warren Neill is a permanent replacement for assistant manager Richard Hill. Hill is suspended by the club pending the result of an internal inquiry in to his involvement in the brawl during the friendly with the Chinese Olympic team last month. Neill, a former Rangers defender with 224 appearances for the club and friend of manager John Gregory, is working for the club on a part-time basis. Gregory told the club's website: "Warren is doing an old friend a favour for the time being. "He's a very experienced guy and is QPR through and through. He spent three years here as our Assistant Academy Director and is certainly no stranger to coaching on the training ground. The situation regarding Richard Hill hasn't changed."
