QPR v PETERBOROUGH UNITED
Ben Watson is in line to make his QPR debut when Peterborough visit Loftus Road.
The former England Under-21 midfielder arrived at Rangers on loan from Wigan on transfer deadline day and should go straight into the starting line-up.
Skipper Martin Rowlands is likely to return to the squad but Heidar Helguson and Fitz Hall are set to miss out.
Midfielder Rowlands has been sidelined since suffering an ankle injury on the opening day of the season, but he has trained this week and should be available.
But striker Helguson pulled out of Iceland's squad in midweek due to tendinitis in his knee and centre-half Hall suffered a groin tear in training.
Lee Cook (knee) and Angelo Balanta (groin) will also miss out.
Peterborough manager Darren Ferguson could have winger Chris Whelpdale back in his squad for the first time this season.
Whelpdale had a hernia operation in the summer which has sidelined him for the first seven games of the season but he scored in a reserve win over Northampton in midweek and is available for selection.
Fellow midfielder Dean Keates is a doubt, however, as he picked up a knock in training.
Central defender Craig Morgan was away with Wales in the week but is fit, as are goalkeeper James McKeown (Ireland Under-21s) and midfielder Paul Coutts (Scotland Under-21s).
Left-back Jamie Day and striker Ben Wright (both ankle) also featured in the reserve win at Sixfields but are unlikely to feature as Ferguson searches for a first league win of the season.
