QPR striker Dexter Blackstock suffered an ankle injury during Saturday's 1-0 victory at Coventry but should be fit.
Lee Cook (knee) and Michael Mancienne (head) could return after missing the win at City but Marc Bircham (back) and Martin Rowlands (hamstring) miss out.
Luton boss Kevin Blackwell could start with Calvin Andrew and Besian Idrizaj, who both came on as substitutes in Saturday's defeat by Southampton.
But the Hatters are still without defender Leon Barnett (hamstring).
