Hogan Ephraim is in contention for a place in the squad after a spell on the sidelines with shin splints and Patrick Aygemang is also hoping to return.
Doncaster Rovers could name an unchanged side at Loftus Road.
Brian Stock has recovered from the back problem that forced him out of Wales duty but Darren Byfield (hernia) and Jason Price (ankle) remain sidelined.
Doncaster manager Sean O'Driscoll:
"They assessed Brian Stock and said that they could push him through, but as it is a friendly it seems a bit silly at this stage.
"Everyone is fit except Jason Price and Darren, who is probably a game away from contention.
"Jason joined in with training but tweaked his medial ligaments so couldn't play on Tuesday.
"Darren is looking really sharp in training and we have a game against Leeds coming up so hopefully they will both play in that."
