QPR v Derby
QPR could give a debut to 18-year-old defender Michael Mancienne, who has joined on a month's loan from Chelsea.
Manager John Gregory is likely to name a similar team to the one which drew with Norwich as none of his long-term injury casualties are ready to return.
Derby midfielder Bob Malcolm has picked up an ankle knock and is struggling to be fit for the trip to Loftus Road.
Striker Paul Peschisolido (thigh) is definitely out, as is the suspended midfielder Giles Barnes.
QPR 1-2 Derby
John Gregory's unbeaten start at QPR came to an end against his former club.
It was a bad start for the home boss after his defence sat off Morten Bisgaard who curled in a great shot.
QPR were level on seven minutes when Jimmy Smith hooked in a volley after a corner, but at the other end Paul Jones denied Arturo Lupoli and Seth Johnson.
Steve Howard pounced when Jones parried an initial shot from Lupoli, and he and Jon Stead hit the woodwork before Derby held firm against a late QPR rally.

\"It was a big ask, two long trips in three days, but I thought we answered it and showed character.
\"We showed in the second half our fitness has improved and it was a big performance. It was a tough game so we'll enjoy the the long trip home.
\"It's an important three points for us against a team you know will make it difficult for you.\"
