QPR centre-back Fitz Hall will not feature after aggravating a rib injury against Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
Martin Rowlands is still out with an ankle problem but Angelo Balanta is back in training and could play, as could on-loan keeper Tom Heaton.
Accrington manager John Coleman could recall Michael Symes to his attack for the game at Loftus Road.
Coleman's strikers have yet to score a league goal this season and Symes may replace Paul Mullin or John Miles.
