QPR target Sinclair as their third man
Queens Park Rangers will attempt to sign Chelsea's Scott Sinclair on loan when they finally sell Lee Cook.
Rangers have already been told they can have Chelsea pair Jimmy Smith and Michael Mancienne on six-month deals after both spent last year on loan at the Loftus Road club.
