QPR are pushing to land Swansea City defender Ashley Williams.
The Daily Mail says QPR are stepping up their interest in Swansea defender Williams, 26, after making a £2.6million bid.
Neil Warnock’s newly promoted side lead the chase for the in-demand Wales centre back after putting in the offer just after 5pm last night.
West Bromwich Albion and Norwich City are also keen.
