QPR skipper sets sights on safety
MIKELE Leigertwood has warned QPR fans not to expect a play-off push.
Rejuvenated Rangers continued their unbeaten run under new boss Neil Warnock at Sheffield United on Saturday, which has left the Loftus Road faithful dreaming of a late surge for the end-of-season lottery.
But Leigertwood says his side must concentrate on ensuring that they retain their Championship status first.
He said: “We have got to take each game as it comes, survival is first and foremost for us and anything other than that is a bonus."
