QPR miss out on Norwegian star
Loftus Road boss Ian Holloway held talks with the former Chelsea striker last week and despite being set to sign for Valerenga in his homeland, Flo's agent admitted it had been a tough decision.
"It has been a very difficult decision for Tore and he came very close to signing for QPR," Gunnar-Martin Kjenner told the official QPR website.
"But his decision was based on family considerations and his own need to be close to home after many years abroad."
