QPR loan keeper Cole to Oxford
Oxford United have moved to cover for the early-season loss of goalkeeper Billy Turley by agreeing a deal to sign Jake Cole on loan from QPR.
The 22-year-old will be at the Kassam Stadium for three months and will compensate for Turley's absence with a shoulder injury.
Turley is taking longer than expected to recover from surgery and could miss the first few weeks of the new campaign
Cole is set to make his first Oxford appearance in a friendly at Brackley.
He has dropped down the pecking order of keepers at QPR following the Championship club's recent signing of Radek Cerny.
