QPR GET AGYEMANG BOOST
Patrick Agyemang is back in contention for QPR ahead of the home Championship clash with Cardiff on Saturday afternoon. The striker has been sidelined for the last couple of weeks with a pelvic strain, but he came through 90 minutes of a reserve game on Wednesday unscathed and could make the bench at Loftus Road. Rangers are still without midfielder Mikele Leigertwood, who sits out the second game of his four-match ban following his red card against Birmingham. Forward Rowan Vine is continuing his rehabilitation from last season's broken leg, and midfielder Adam Bolder has joined Millwall on loan. Caretaker boss Gareth Ainsworth has an otherwise full squad to choose from, and could opt to make changes with Tuesday's Carling Cup trip to Manchester United in mind. On-loan Michael Chopra will make his second debut for Cardiff against QPR at Loftus Road. The Sunderland marksman, who moved to the Stadium of Light from Ninian Park in July last year, has signed a two-month deal with the Bluebirds and will be thrown straight into Dave Jones' starting XI. His inclusion comes after fellow strikers Ross McCormack and Jay Bothroyd (both hamstring) were ruled out for between three to four weeks and six to eight weeks respectively. However, Mark Kennedy is likely to miss out again along with fellow midfielders Riccardo Scimeca (groin) and Tony Capaldi (knee). With Cardiff's lengthy list of injury problems, striker Jonathan Brown and defender Darren Dennehy could both be among the substitutes at Loftus Road. Peter Whittingham could also continue in midfield after starting last weekend's 2-1 defeat to Wolves.
