QPR FANS RECOGNISE GILES' ACHIEVEMENT
QPR fan Ashley Giles will be given the chance to celebrate his Ashes heroics on the Loftus Road pitch.
The England spin bowler - a keen Rangers supporter - played in all five Tests of the summer's triumphant Ashes series victory.
And QPR are keen to give Giles the chance to be feted by his fellow Rs fans at an upcoming home game.
"We are greatly looking forward to getting Ashley to Loftus Road," said a club spokesman.
"We've known of his love for the Rs for some time, and we will be marking his fantastic achievements in the very near future at Loftus Road.
"We know the Rangers fans will want to show their appreciation for what Ashley has done for English sport."
