QPR eye summer move for CIty midfielder Lee Bowyer
QPR will make a move for Lee Bowyer if they win promotion to the Premier League.
The midfielder produced a heroic display in last week’s Carling Cup success, but his Birmingham City contract ends this summer.
There is a chance the 34-year-old may still be offered a one-year extension but Bowyer (right) expects to leave.
A terrific run of form has left Rangers as firm favourites to win the Championship, and Bowyer is the sort of experienced player to help Neil Warnock’s side settle into top-flight life.
