QPR boss wants no more excuses
QPR boss John Gregory warned his players there could be "no excuses" for poor performances next season.
Rangers were bottom of the Championship when Gregory took charge last September, but the former Aston Villa chief managed to guide Rangers to safety with two games remaining.
But Gregory knows Rangers must produce a much stronger showing in the 2007/08 campaign.
"It is very much a clean slate for everyone connected to QPR," he said.
"I inherited a lot of rubbish right the way through this club, but the focus was entirely upon guaranteeing our safety - much as I wanted to change things.
"We have done that, and now we can start to build for the future. There can be no excuses any more."
