QPR are inviting offers for defender Fitz Hall.
The Mirror says QPR are trying to sell Hall - to slash their wage bill in a major cost-cutting measure.
Hall has been cleared to speak to Newcastle United and Burnley about a surprise deadline move. He would cost around £750,000, but Rangers also want to get his salary off their payroll.
Versatile Hall is keen on the switch to the Toon, with Brian Laws's Burnley only interested in him as a squad player.
