QPR and 1860 linked with Abubakari Yakubu
Ghana international Abubakari Yakubu is being linked with a switch to both Queens Park Rangers and 1860 Munich.
The midfielder, who is nicknamed 'The Tiger', is a free agent after leaving Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem.
He has been on trial with 1860 Munich, who currently play in Bundesliga 2, but reports in his homeland also claim that the 27-year-old has impressed QPR's managerial staff.
Yakubu himself just wants to get back on the pitch to try and force his way into the Ghana national side.
He told skysports.com: "I am looking for a new club and I can't wait to start playing.
"I want to get back to the national squad, the World Cup is not far from us and also there is the small matter of the African Nations Cup."
