QPR ace Rowlands back in training
Martin Rowlands is back in training after a knee injury.
The QPR midfielder, 26, has been sidelined with a ligament problem and has played just once since August.
Rowlands said: "It's been frustrating. I'm so glad to be able to train again. Hopefully everything will go okay and I can force my way back into the team.
"I've been out for the best part of three months. I've missed 14 games which very hard to take and I can't wait to get back."
Rowlands is seen as a key player by manager Ian Holloway and his return will be a huge boost for Rangers.
The former Brentford man also hopes to eventually earn a recall to the Republic of Ireland squad.
Rowlands, who featured twice under ex-Republic boss Brian Kerr, said: "At the moment, it's only in the back of mind because my first priority is to get back in the QPR side.
"It's been a very difficult time for me and I'm relieved to be involved again.
"But I would like to play for Ireland more. Hopefully I can do well enough to impress - especially with a new manager coming in."
