QPR 3-0 Norwich
QPR took advantage of an inept Norwich display to heap the pressure on Canaries boss Nigel Worthington.
Marc Nygaard swept Rangers into the lead from Kevin Gallen's knock-down and Paul Furlong then glanced home the second from Lee Cook's free-kick.
George Santos put the game out of reach before half time, firing home as Norwich failed to clear a corner.
Ian Henderson and Dean Marney both squandered chances as Norwich tried to salvage some pride from the game.

QPR boss Ian Holloway:
"A couple of years ago we wouldn't have believed where we are now and I'm very proud of what we have achieved.
"If it ended today I would look back on this period of my life with nothing but pride, but this club is not about a little bloke from Bristol.
"There's more important things than my contract, I'm not that important."
Norwich boss Nigel Worthington:
"We've got good players here but we need to get back to basics.
"We'll come back to work on Monday and we will try and put things right. We need to cut out the mistakes because they scored with all their shots.
"We'll carry on working hard. I've got to believe I can turn it around, and I do believe we can turn it around."
