Dean Kiely saved a second-half penalty and Zoltan Gera netted a late winner to boost West Brom's promotion hopes.
Kevin Phillips broke the deadlock three minutes after the restart with a clinical finish before substitute Dexter Blackstock headed a leveller.
Kiely fouled Paul Furlong but made amends by saving his spot-kick.
Nathan Ellington then produced an inch-perfect left-wing cross and Gera steered a six-yard volley past Camp to clinch all three points.
