Plymouth are being linked with Zesh Rehman
Plymouth are being linked with a move for defender Zesh Rehman, who is currently on loan at Blackpool from QPR.
Rehman joined the Seasiders in the summer on a six month loan deal but has struggled for first-team football, making just three substitute appearances for the club.
This has not put off Pilgrims boss Paul Sturrock though and reports claim he will approach QPR in January with a view to trying to agree a permanent deal for the player.
Rehman recently said he was happy at Bloomfield Road but if Plymouth can offer him more regular football, he may favour a move to Home Park.
"I'm quite glad to get away from all the hustle and bustle of London," he was quoted as saying.
"I really like it up here in Blackpool; it's a good club with an ambitious young manager. Hopefully, over the next few months I can convince Simon Grayson I'm worthy of a long-term contract."
