PALADINI NOT KEEN ON FOREIGN STARS
Director Gianni Paladini admits that the language barrier makes him reluctant to bring foreign players to QPR.
Italian goalkeeper Generoso Rossi left the club last month after a five-month spell at Loftus Road.
And Paladini revealed that Rossi's difficulty in understanding English was one of the reasons behind his departure.
"There is a problem with bringing in foreign players, because you have to communicate," said Paladini, an Italian who speaks excellent English.
"The player has to know what the manager (Ian Holloway) wants when he is giving instructions. This was one of the reasons why Generoso Rossi could not stay here."
