Paladini insists QPR are safe
Gianni Paladini has moved to reassure Queens Park Rangers fans that the club's future is not under threat.
The Championship side have been served with a winding-up order by Customs and Excise in relation to unpaid VAT.
The figure owed is reportedly in the region of £700,000 to £800,000 and there is a court hearing planned for 4th July.
"We are in negotiations and I am not just confident, but I'm certain the matter will be sorted out before the case is due to be heard," Rangers chairman told the Sunday Mirror.
"The problem is that some of the money being claimed goes back five or six years, before I was involved with the club.
"But if any supporters are concerned about the club's future they should not be.
"The situation is under control and I do not consider it to be serious."
