Paddy Kenny to join QPR
PADDY Kenny is on the verge of joining Queens Park Rangers.
Sheffield United's Championship rivals opened talks with the goalkeeper after triggering a £750,000 contained within his contract.
Kenny signed the deal at Bramall Lane despite being banned for nine months following a positive drugs test en route to the 2009 play-off final.
Barring a dramatic change of heart of last minute collapse, Rangers hope to officially unveil the former Bury shot-stopper alongside Crystal Palace's Darren Ambrose at a press conference tomorrow.
