Owls Make Cook Sixth New Arrival
Wednesday have completed their sixth signing of the January transfer window by bringing QPR's Lee Cook to Hillsborough on loan.
The 28-year-old winger has put pen-to-paper on a loan deal with Wednesday until the end of the season and will be available for inclusion in Wednesday's squad to travel to Peterborough United tomorrow night.
The former Fulham midfielder has been desperate for a loan move away from Loftus Road to get some regular first-team football.
And, despite interest from other clubs, Cook has decided on a move to npower League One with the Owls.
He follows Reda Johnson, Michael Morrison, Gary Madine, Mark Reynolds and Isaiah Osbourne as the sixth new signing at the club this month.
