Ollie offers Gregory backing
Former QPR boss Ian Holloway is backing John Gregory to succeed at Loftus Road.
Gregory took over the Championship club last September, but former Italy defender Alessandro Costacurta has been linked with the job after Rangers' winless start to the 2007/08 campaign.
But speaking at the launch of his autobiography, 'Ollie', Plymouth Argyle boss Holloway said: "John Gregory wasn't there when I left, but I am delighted he has taken over, and I look forward to the match against them (on September 18)."
Holloway was dismissed by Rangers in February 2006 after five years at the helm, but he insisted: "I have no regrets at all about my time at QPR.
"That is life as a manager. You are always prepared to get the sack."
